I have a ton of new info for you right here. But first, an explanation.
I have been crazy busy over at MuscleandStrength writing, writing and um, well, writing. So, I haven’t been able to devote the kind of time to the Workout Lab like I want to.
That’s going to change.
Secondly, thank you to all those who contacted me regarding my questionnaire I sent out. Your feedback is absolutely invaluable and I have listened! Soon you will be seeing all of your suggestions and questions answered.
Third, I am in the initial stages of a pretty big project – one that will only benefit you ! I’m very excited and can’t wait to release more info in the coming weeks – so stay tuned.
