What the heck is the Workout Lab?
The Workout Lab is a site for the everyday, good-looking, 9 to 5-working, drug-free dude interested in putting on quality muscle and stripping away body fat for better health, functionality or girls. It offers practical, real-life advice and tips regarding training, nutrition, supplements, motivation and a healthy lifestyle.
It is a community of awesome, like-minded individuals looking to share experiences and knowledge to better their lives the natural way without the use of drugs or other harmful substances.
What the Workout Lab is not…
The Workout Lab is not for haters, jealous types, or the lazy. It is also not the end-all-be-all of fitness-related websites. It is not a professional competitive bodybuilding site nor is it a strongman forum. I don’t sell steroids, have all of the answers or am a self-proclaimed expert. So, please keep the criticism and bro-bashing to a minimum.
What will you get out of this site?
For those looking to better their fitness level, gain some muscle and lose a little fat, hopefully a little knowledge to take to the gym with you and show off a bit!
Others may be looking for something deeper such as coming back from an illness or may be undergoing difficult circumstances. I am here to help any way I can through my experiences, knowledge and an all around desire to help others.
What I need from you…
I need your comments, experiences and knowledge to make the Workout Lab better for everyone! YOU are your own LAB RAT and you need to share with the rest of us what works and what doesn’t. I have not only learned from my own experiences – the learning process is never-ending – I need your input and stories to pass on to others as well.
Thanks for stopping by and I look forward to hearing from you.
