I know somebody who has low self eseetm due to several factors. I feel most of it is related to her weight and how she feels about her health compared to the demanding standards our society imposes on women. I have been pondering a incentive based program for her to lose weight and get healthy, which I feel will help boost her confidence tremendously. My hesitation is mostly about how ethical my plan is. The plan:I know this individual would like to do the following,Get healthyLose weightHave sexAs of today she has been unable to achieve any of these goals. My plan is to help encourage her to lose weight/ get healthier is by providing a sexual incentive for reaching minni goals that (we mutually agree upon) bring her closer to her overall goals. These goals will be specific to make it easy to determine to if the goal has been achieved, the minni goals will also encourage healthy weight loss and not crash diets or dehydration. And example of a weight lose goal would be a sexual favor of your choice (including sex) for every 10lb you lose in 5 weeks. (This is set as not to go against the doctor recommended 2lb per week) (Currently needs to lose 70-100lb)An example of a health goal would be cut 1:00 minutes off your mile time, (currently above 15 min)By creating a network of goals to meet this allows her to pursue other goals if say she has trouble with the weight loss from time to time. (I feel this will help prevent desperate measures) The reason I’m asking this question is I feel that this person could benefit tremendously from a program like this but would like to know if you guys feel this is an ethical approach to helping motivate an individual to achieve their goals. Thanks 

Marcus,Im in exactly the same place as you. Im 35 at the momnet and have tried many ways of working around Rotator Cuff, pec tear, lower back and currently knees issues. Like you 12mths ago I went through a really hard time in my private life and felt that the last thing I wanted to do was to train through the pain. It was at that point that we spoke about my training and you gave me the support and encouragement I needed to not give in right there and then. Since then we have spoken a couple of times and the thing that is absolutely clear through twitter and Facebook is that you have a terrific circle of supportive friends and family. If like me you need to reassess how you train then do it!! I have now taken control again of my own training and do what I feel is right for me. I cycle to work ( 5 miles cardio daily), cycle to the gym (knees warmedup) and I have walked away from the squats I love doing in preference of a Leg press for now. I know my body, no one knows yours better than you. I pre exhaust more now so that I can train the muscles with less weight. I incline press on the bench only to reduce the stress on my shoulders. I use my knee wraps just as support rather than fully tightened.I want to see you succeed at this, you have the determination for it and this is merely another obstacle to overcome. Look forward to seeing you on it again. Dont suppose the hot weather is helping either.Look after yourself.

well there is really nhoting ill-treat with Protein shakes, u already eat and taste protein on ur daily basis and the only uncommon thing about the whey protein is that it is made to feed ur muscles within 30 min and not wait 2 hours to digest the protein on the food. So there really isnt any chance at all whey protein jst gets to ur muscles quicker than jst eating alot of protein in ur food and coming up 2 hours to get into ur muscles. And muscle milk is not excellent at all i say its a scam everyone thinks its the best jst cuz that one dude pulled a train or sumthing like that while using muslce milk so everyone went out and bought it.Here is the links to wat i recommendN Large 2 this is for bulking up but u also add some stout in ur belly100% whey protein which is the most commond out there
